I'm Richelle. I believe that culture is not only the vehicle to organizational transformation but also integral in choosing the destination. Seeing the role of culture overlooked and minimized in organizational transformation, especially within the context of an AI-impacted workforce, is why I founded Gemini Strategy Solutions.
My Story
I have always really liked people. And I have always been really curious to understand why people do what they do the way that they do it.
Having spent over a decade working on organizational transformation, I realized that a key component was often left out of the discussion - culture. Organizations often view culture as static, but I have learned that culture needs to evolve with an organization in order for it to 1) bring its people along with it, 2) be resilient to change and 3) inspire action toward a collective goal. The pace of change has been accelerated exponentially by AI - and the impact of AI on organizational cultures is uncharted territory for many. My years of experience fine-tuning
organizational cultures, employee engagement through change management and HR systems allows me to support you in navigating this journey.
This is why I founded Gemini Strategy Solutions.
I am focusing on the elements of transformation that I am most passionate about, and doing so in a way that guarantees the success of my clients.
